| TYPICAL
PROJECT CYCLE
Our Typical
Project Cycle outlines how we interact with our clients
to produce the desired results.
Every client organization is in a different "place," facing
different challenges. There is no "one size fits all’ approach
to building a high performing organization. We work with each client
to mutually identify the issues to be addressed.
After
agreeing upon the appropriate "starting point," we
guide them through a multistage process to help them achieve their
desired outcomes.
1.
INTRODUCTION – Meet with the prospective client
to explore a potential relationship. Mutually decide (or not)
to proceed.
2. CONTRACTING – Identify, with the
client, the key issues to be addressed. Identify a ‘starting
Point.’ Determine desired results/deliverables.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND DIAGNOSIS – Collect
data, develop a comprehensive understanding of the systems,
the operations and the people.
4. ACTION PLANNING – Mutually determine
the work to be done, action to be taken, implementation
steps and who will be involved.
5. IMPLEMENTATION – Using a combination
of training and coaching, interact with the people
and the systems, introduce new ideas, and help people create
desired
change.
6. EVALUATION AND FOLLOW UP – Meet
with the client to evaluate results, compare to
desired outcomes. Mutually determine next steps to be taken,
if any.
This
approach may be completed in a single cycle or repeated to address
additional issues or involve different people/teams/groups.
